- We will assist you in meeting all terms of the contract, including mortgage commitment and contingency dates.
- We will provide names of attorneys, home inspectors and pest control companies, upon request.
- We will go with you to the pre-closing inspection of the property.
- We will attend your closing.
- We will maintain contact with you after the sale or purchase of your home.
